We charge for time, attendance, and experience — not vague promises. Whether it’s a quick fix or an urgent emergency, you’ll know exactly where you stand before we attend.

•  £75 for the first hour

• £65 per hour thereafter

This includes:

• Travel to site
   
• Diagnosis and labour
   
• Use of tools and equipment
   
• Practical repairs and make-safe works
   

Charged in fair increments after the first hour. 

 A £75 minimum fee applies to all call-outs.

If we attend, assess, or carry out work — the minimum applies.
This covers travel, time, and immediate availability.

 Property problems don’t wait — and neither do we.

For evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays:

• 1.5× the standard hourly rate
   
• £75 minimum charge still applies
   

Out-of-hours attendance is prioritised for urgent issues.

 We provide a genuine 24/7 call-out service across Brighton & Hove for urgent property issues, including:

• Active leaks
   
• Lockouts & access problems
   
• Electrical make-safe works
   
• Damage control
   
• Guest emergencies
   

Emergency works are carried out on a best-endeavours and make-safe basis.

• Materials are charged separately where required
   
• Costs are kept reasonable and discussed where possible
   
• No hidden mark-ups

• Charged from arrival to completion
   
• Time-based billing, not outcome-based
   
• Invoiced after works are completed (or immediately for emergencies)
