Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
Appointments outside of these hours — including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays — are available by request and charged at our out-of-hours rates.
Our minimum charge for reactive maintenance is £150 during regular hours and £225 out of hours. This covers the first 2 hours, travel, and attendance.
Every visit includes travel, preparation, tools, insurance, and availability. The minimum fee ensures we can attend promptly and complete work properly, even for smaller jobs.
After the first 2 hours, time is charged in 15-minute increments.
